Due to the seasonality and nature of the work we do, all maintenance services, like chimney sweep service and on-roof work, chimney repair, and chimney cap installations, will be scheduled for the spring and summer months. The fall and winter months are reserved for hearth system installations. We provide service for the products we sell and install but do offer service on builder-installed systems during off-peak-season months.

*Due to the nature of our products and our trade, product selection is something that we need to be involved with in order to ensure heat clearances, thermal protection of combustibles, venting parameters, and other important considerations that need to be planned and thought through prior to purchasing a hearth appliance. We only provide installation of appliances and venting for products purchased from us and service on wood and pellet stoves purchased from and installed by us. We do not provide installation for products or vent system installations for appliances not purchased from us.
